Year 11 Mock Examination Results

As we approach the final weeks of this academic year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the recent release of our Year 11 GCSE mock examination results.

Firstly, I want to commend our students for their hard work, commitment, and resilience during what is undoubtedly a demanding time. The mock exams provide an important checkpoint – not only to assess academic progress but also to prepare students for the experience of sitting formal assessments under real exam conditions. For many, the results reflect encouraging progress and are a clear indication of the potential that lies ahead.

For others, the mock outcomes may serve as a timely reminder of the importance of consistent revision, attendance, and personal responsibility. That is not something to fear – it is an opportunity. With several weeks remaining until the first GCSE papers, there is still significant time for progress, improvement, and consolidation.

We are proud of the way our students have responded to feedback, engaged with interventions, and sought support from their teachers. Every lesson, revision session, and past paper completed between now and the final exams counts.
