A warm welcome from the Friends of Epsom College Malaysia (FoECM or FoE) to all new parents, and a heartfelt welcome back to those returning for the new academic year. We sincerely thank you for your continued support over the years, and we look forward to another wonderful and successful year together.
For the past decade, Friends of Epsom has been an integral part of the school community. All parents of Epsom College students are automatically members of this vibrant and active group. Over the years, Friends of Epsom has organized numerous events that unite the school community and provide opportunities for parents to be actively involved in their children’s educational journey. These events are not only inclusive and enjoyable but also provide valuable opportunities to build lasting connections between parents, staff, and students.
In addition to fostering communication and involvement, Friends of Epsom has also successfully raised funds that have been used to enhance both the students’ learning experience and the school’s facilities. However, Friends of Epsom is much more than a fundraising body—we see ourselves as an important link between home and school, bringing staff, parents, and friends together socially while working collaboratively towards shared goals for the benefit of our children and the wider Epsom community.

Our Mission
• Support and Enrich: Provide a platform for parents to actively engage in school life, support school events, and contribute to a positive and inclusive environment.
• Facilitate Communication: Act as a bridge between parents, students, and school staff to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Promote Community: Encourage a strong sense of community and collaboration among parents, staff, and students through various initiatives and activities.
• Advocate for Students: Represent the interests and concerns of parents to ensure that students receive the best possible educational experience.
• Engage in Social Responsibility: Collaborate with parents, students, and the school to engage in fundraising activities for local charities, fostering a commitment to corporate social responsibility and community service.

Friends of Epsom is guided by a dedicated core committee of parents who take on key leadership roles within the group. These members coordinate activities and ensure the smooth operation of Friends of Epsom initiatives throughout the academic year:

It is my great pleasure, on behalf of Friends of Epsom, to warmly welcome our newly appointed Committee for the 2026–2028 term.
Esther and I are especially delighted to see a new group of parents stepping forward to devote their time and energy to the Epsom community. That spirit of contribution is what makes Friends of Epsom truly distinctive.
To our returning members, thank you for your continued dedication and leadership. To those joining us for the first time, welcome aboard—we are thrilled to have your fresh perspectives and talents on the team.
The parent–school partnership lies at the heart of what makes Epsom such a vibrant and supportive environment for our children. As Friends of Epsom, we have an important role in strengthening this partnership, creating opportunities for parents to connect with one another, and working closely with the school for the benefit of our children and the wider Epsom community.
