Open Day
14th June 2025
Open Mornings are the best way to see Epsom. You will be shown around the College by your own personal pupil guide, taken into departments, Houses, the Lower School and any other areas you wish to see.
Senior staff and Admissions colleagues will be available throughout the morning to talk in more detail about the College and answer any questions you have.
College Tour
Aside from the Open Day, we are always happy to conduct personalised school tours during term time or in the holidays (not including public holidays and weekends). To arrange a college tour, please book your session with the Admissions Department below. If you would like an appointment outside of the available slots, please email our admissions team – admissions.dept@epsomschool.com
Application
Submitting your registration form marks the start of our admissions process. Please begin your school profile, and should you encounter any difficulties, we would be more than happy to assist you. Simply reach out to our Admissions team at admissions.dept@epsomschool.com.
For the application, we require the submission of your child’s most recent school report card, along with their IC or passport.
Entrance Test
The Entrance Test is designed to identify the student’s academic attainment and potential. There are 3 essential parts for the following purposes:
- Part 1: The Cambridge Assessment Baseline Test (CABT) assesses Maths, General IQ, and literacy.
- Part 2: The Oxford Placement Test (OPT) evaluates English Levels.
- Part 3: The essay writing section allows us to see the candidate’s expression.
Once the online profile has been created, the Admissions team/Registrar will be in touch on steps to book a slot for the Entrance Test.
Interviews
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview, providing an opportunity for us to learn more about your child’s personality and potential.
Letter of Offer
Offers will be made after a week from the date in which the Entrance Test is taken.
Acceptance of Offer
Upon receiving an offer, you will need to confirm your child’s acceptance by submitting the necessary documents and completing the required steps.

Orientation Day
Before the school year begins, Orientation Day helps your child settle in and become acquainted with our campus, staff, and the Epsom community. Please note that Orientation takes place at the start of each term. If your child joins mid-term, there will be no formal orientation, but please rest assured that we will ensure they are well supported during their transition.
