What to Expect This Term – Key Stage 3

It has been a brilliant start to the new academic year for Key Stage 3, with tutors and houses welcoming returning students as well as more than 50 new students across KS3. It has certainly been a busy first week at school:

World Scholars’ Cup – A huge well done to the following students for representing the school in the global round of the World Scholars’ Cup.

  • Year 8: Ella K, Chloe L, Enzo O, Chloe L.
  • Year 9: Yuan Yuan F., Youce S., Arjan P.

House Cross Country – A huge success, with some fantastic running from Key Stage 3 students. There were hard-fought battles between Carr and Holman on the boys’ side, while the girls went toe-to-toe across Wilson, Rosebery, and Crawfurd.

Other house competitions this week for KS3 included House Football and House Board Games.

Looking ahead to the rest of this term:

  • Year 7/8 Sandakan Trip and Drop-Down Week
  • Sport – A range of fixtures across the term
