We can all appreciate how hard Covid-19 has hit us in Malaysia. For parents it has been especially challenging to manage the stresses and strains of daily life, of balancing work commitments – often working from home – and family life in addition to now having to supervise the online learning of their children at home. The lines between work, your child’s study life and family life have become blurred leading to conflict, anxiety and burnout. Families need to reclaim some family time and peace of mind, whilst keeping your children’s academic goals on-track.

In recognition of this and the financially draining effects of the pandemic, we present our new flexible Weekday Boarding Programme (boarding provision up to five days from Monday to Friday) for immediate enrolment. We are offering 100 places at Epsom International Boarding School exclusively to children of Malaysian citizens between the year groups of Year 7 and Year 13, for a fee of only RM99,000.00 per year, representing a 35% reduction. This means your child enjoys boarding life at almost no incremental cost! No enrolment fees will be required and these 100 children will have their annual fees fixed at this rate for the entire duration of their educational years at Epsom.

Weekday Boarders will be expected to depart the school on Friday evening after classes or CCA’s and return to school for House Registration on Monday morning or Sunday evening after dinner.

As an option, weekly transportation to a central location hub in Kuala Lumpur can be made available for Weekday Boarding pupils living within Kuala Lumpur. The central location hub for pick-up and drop-off will be at:

Weekday Boarding School Fees for the 100 places

  • There are 3 terms per academic year.
  • Meals and snacks are included in the fees.
    Three (3) main meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as two (2) snacks.
  • Laundry service is provided for boarders.
  • Textbooks are on loan. Damaged textbooks will be charged.
  • Exercise books are included.
  • A fee of RM3,000 per term will be levied on IEAL or EAL programmes (only for pupils who require EAL support).
    		 RM 99,000 per year or RM33,000 per term.

    Refundable DepositA Refundable Deposit of RM25,000 is payable when a student is enrolled.

    This deposit is refunded upon the provision of a full term’s notice of withdrawal or the student’s graduation from the College.

    Note

    • External examination charges, trips, transportation and uniforms are not included in the combined Fee. They are at an additional cost and will be invoiced as appropriate.
    • For overnight accommodation that maybe required beyond weekdays, a daily boarding fee is payable.
