Reflecting on Term 3 Progress

As I reflect on my first term as Head of School at Epsom College Malaysia, I feel both grateful and inspired. Joining in Term 3 has offered me a valuable opportunity to observe, listen, and begin forming meaningful connections across our vibrant school community. What has stood out most is the strength of our culture; the unwavering professionalism of our staff, the remarkable talents and enthusiasm of our students, and the warmth and engagement of our parents. From academic achievements and end-of-year examinations to the energy of our co-curricular events and the spirit shown across our Houses, Term 3 has been a powerful reminder of the richness and potential of life at Epsom. Events such as English and Book Week, our Hari Raya celebrations, and the outstanding production of Oliver! reflect the creativity, talent, and commitment that define our school. I hope you’ve also noticed a growing focus on improved communication through our Parent Forums and the increasing number of parent workshops. We are a school on a journey; developing and strengthening every day. This term has also allowed me to reflect on how we can grow even further: amplifying student voice, deepening our communication, and continuing to build on the strong foundations of pastoral care. I am genuinely excited for the year ahead and look forward to working in close partnership with all of you to ensure every student is known, valued, supported, and challenged to thrive; academically, socially, and personally.
